SpotOn90 is operated by Kinsleo Media LLC ("we", "us"), based in Georgia, USA. By using SpotOn90 you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

What SpotOn90 is

SpotOn90 is a football prediction game, played for fun and bragging rights. You predict match results and scorelines and see how you rank against other players. Playing is free. An optional paid membership unlocks extra features, like private groups and your full Prediction Accuracy Rating.

It is not gambling

SpotOn90 involves no wagering, no stakes, and no prizes. A membership buys features, never entries or chances: predictions are free to make with or without one, nothing you pay us rides on any result, and there is no cash or anything of monetary value to win. Points, ratings, and leaderboard positions have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything. This is a game of skill played for entertainment, not a betting or gambling service.

Memberships and payments

Memberships are one-time payments for a single season, shown with current pricing on the memberships page. They are not subscriptions: nothing renews, and we never charge you automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages; your card details go to Stripe, never to us. A membership applies to the season it was bought for and ends with that season. Free perks we grant (like Founding Member benefits) are goodwill, tied to their stated season, and are not something we sell.

Refunds

Membership features are delivered immediately after purchase. Even so, if you change your mind within 14 days of buying, or something is wrong with your purchase, email hello@spoton90.com and we'll refund you. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, and your seat returns to the free tier. Refunds are handled by a human, so allow a few days.

Groups and private arrangements

SpotOn90 lets you play alongside other people, including in private groups. You may not use groups — or any part of the site — to run gambling, betting, a paid entry pool, or any competition that involves an entry fee, stake, or a prize with monetary value. We do not collect, hold, or pay out money for groups. Any private wager, prize, or arrangement between players is entirely between the people involved, at their own risk: we are not a party to it, we don't facilitate it, and we take no responsibility for it. Arrangements of that kind may also breach these terms.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use SpotOn90.

Your account

We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email — there's no password. Keep access to your email secure, since anyone with your inbox could sign in as you. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or disrupt it; no impersonating others; no abusive, unlawful, or offensive display names or content. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

Our stuff

The SpotOn90 name, wordmark, design, and content belong to us. You're welcome to play and to share the prediction cards the game makes for you — that's the point — but please don't copy, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the site, or pass our brand off as your own.

Predictions, scoring and the leaderboard

Scoring rules, matchweeks, and rankings are provided as-is and may be corrected or adjusted (for example, if match data is wrong or a fixture is postponed). Results depend on third-party football data, which we don't control and can't guarantee is error-free.

Availability

SpotOn90 is provided "as is" and "as available". We're a small project and can't promise it will always be online, complete, or free of bugs. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) SpotOn90, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero for a free account). Nothing rides on your predictions, and your use of the game is at your own risk.

Ending your use

You can stop using SpotOn90 whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may also end your access if you break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
